Last week, CEO Dr. Reid Robison spoke at the 2015 SLAS (Society for Lab Automation and Screening) conference. Held Feb. 7-11, 2015, the fourth annual SLAS Conference and Exhibition hosted 4,695 participants from 34 countries.
Dr. Robison spoke about innovations in genome analysis, an Tute’s role in the future of precision medicine (including a special sneak peek of a new Tute app called Oyssey, to power the world’s genomics knowledge, currently in the works).
Keynote speakers for the conference were Dr. Donald E. Ingber, MD PhD, Founding Director of the Wyss Institute; Laurie Garrett, author, journalist and authority on global health issues; and Dr. Francis Collins, MD PhD, Director of the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
